Reading these electrifying and empowering stories individuals can now grasp and understand the power of letting go of their own silent stories and begin to find the gifts, lessons, and blessings in embracing their truth. Emotional Silence is a primary contributor to Chronic Stress as many are unaware of the impact of unresolved emotions from a psychological, physical and emotional state of being aspect. Additionally, from a societal, cultural and spiritual perspective. This Anthology is a collaboration of personal stories that elevate the importance of voicing silent emotions and how unleashing these emotions have a liberating impact on life interactions and relationships between self and others.
