BANANA BREAKFAST BOWL « Petula Alicia Fraser - Life Alignment Coach

OThis is my all time favorite things to have for breakfast! l

Makes One Serving

Ingredients:
1 or 2 bananas
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup mango
1 or 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup coconut water, almond milk or healthy liquid of your choice.  Blend all ingredients together.

Toppings:
Chia seed
Ground Flax seed
Chopped walnuts
Chopped strawberries
Blueberries

Add healthy topping of your choice and enjoy.
This is totally customizable so have fun with it and add your healthy favorites!
